My propane furnace failed during the recent cold snap. It had previously been inspected by another HVAC company that I will no longer use. The old furnace failed because the burner tubes were bad. They wouldn’t have been gone at the last inspection but considering how seldom we have to use the furnace there should have been warning signs. Kennedy Heating and Air Conditioning (540-456-8081) got it replaced in time for our recent trip and the cost was reasonable. I plan to start using them for my inspections. Submitted by Robert Peirce. Kennedy Heating and Air Conditioning have impressed us. The house we purchased in Stoney Creek has a very sophisticated system–an LP gas furnace, a heat pump, plus air conditioning with two thermostats connected to the wifi, plus humidifiers. The tech out of the Afton-based firm was an expert with it. Prices are reasonable. When we needed a new LP furnace, they handled the complex job with ease. Call them for HVAC work at 540-456-8081.
