Vittles Van came to Nellysford in August taking up a corner of the parking lot next to the barber shop that shares the building with the Blue Ridge Pig [map].
The barber is more than a neighbor–Lydia Holsapple is the owner of the new enterprise, managed by her daughter, Lexy Holsapple. It’s geared to takeout, but there are two picnic tables next to the road.
