The water table is very high in many parts of Stoney Creek and many of us have had issues with water in basements or crawl spaces. Evergreen was pricier than some other basement/crawl space businesses in the area, but they were the ONLY one we found who can deliver a state of the art product guaranteed for 20 years and could also provide us a solution instead of a patch.
