A good communicator, honest about any problems he found, and showed what he had used to try and shift a difficult stain. High standard of work, reasonably priced. Douglas Hill at Commonwealth Carpet of Waynesboro (540-910-0833) did a conscientious, timely, and thorough job of cleaning our carpets and sofas last week. They look infinitely better.
