We've moved many times–across town, across the state, and the country. Without a doubt, in all of those experiences, Premier Moving of Staunton (540-480-0602) was the best service we've ever had. Their team was prompt, professional, and polite. The team on moving day operated with speed, care and precision. It was clear within the first few minutes they had a plan, everyone knew their role, and they worked quickly to empty the house (on a steep incline and with many sets of stairs). Even our builder was surprised by the lack of any damage to walls or floors because the team was so careful. Our refrigerator's French doors stopped closing properly without a nudge, and the gaskets around them had started fraying, so I called the guy recommended in a recent WBB–Jason Lester (434-566-9800). He came out in a couple of days. He first expertly got the frig doors right and then went shopping online for the new refrigerator gaskets using his phone. He found a source with a good price on the new parts. A few days later, he installed the new gaskets when it was convenient for us. The price for the labor was reasonable; he was pleasant to work with, and he left the kitchen as tidy as he found it. If you’re looking for someone to remodel your home, Billy Campbell is your man! Billy hasn’t left Treeloft Village in years for a good reason. If you need a new roof, I would like to recommend Quality Enterprise, 65 Whipporwill Way, Waynesboro. After a home inspection verified that we needed a new roof, we contacted Roy Robinson & Tim Bradley to submit a bid. Roy arrived with their estimate in hand. They did not need to walk the roof, measure, and calculate the supplies and time estimate because they used a satellite service to determine the time & costs. Other roofers had spent an hour or so measuring and inspecting. Photos provided by the home inspector helped pinpoint problem areas. The men and women who did the work quickly and efficiently did the work and cleaned up all debris in 3 1/2 days. I highly recommend this business. I just had an outstanding experience with a plumber recommended in the WBB directory. We had a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. The main water had to be shut off. Peace of Mind Property Services' Muriah Kurpel and helper (434-361-2804) came within a few hours to our mountain home and replaced the pipe and valve in no time flat.
